Write to us at support@clouding.academy from the email address on your account. We usually reply within one business day.
Contact SupportSigned-in users can also reach us from Settings under Support with the "Email support" option, or report a specific practice question directly from the exam screen with the flag button.
For purchase issues, include the email you paid with and the approximate purchase date. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded through Apple or Google respectively. Our refund policy is at clouding.academy/refunds.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app or site. Deletion takes effect after a 7 day grace period, and signing back in during that period cancels it.
